What methods do you use for belief and mindset change?
I’m a certified NLP Coach and Practitioner, Hypnosis Practitioner, Time Line Therapy Practitioner, and ICF ACC Coach. My approach integrates both conscious and subconscious belief change methods to create lasting transformation. I may draw from different modalities depending on what best supports you, and I always ensure that every technique feels comfortable and aligned with you. Nothing is ever done without your full understanding and consent.
